Skills Competitions Won 1st Prize (Employee Category) in the CNC Milling Intelligent Manufacturing Event at the 4th Suzhou High-tech Zone "Gaoxin Jiangling" Vocational Skills Competition. Won 1st Place (Enterprise Employee Category) in the "CNC Machining Center" Event at the 7th Suzhou Skill Champion Competition. Technical Expertise & Process Breakthroughs Materials Machined: PPS, PEEK, PTFE (Teflon), Bakelite, Acrylic (PMMA), Aluminum alloys (6061, 5A06, 2A16), various steels and coppers, titanium alloys, nickel-based alloys, high-temperature alloys, graphite, fiberglass, polyimide, etc. Key Process Breakthroughs & Problem Solving: Coupler Ferrite Bracket: Overcame the bottleneck of machining thin-walled titanium alloy parts. Resolved 4-axis linkage positioning accuracy issues and optimized the machining process for complex cylindrical thin-walled structures. Non-magnetic Precision Marine Housings: Overcame magnetic field generation issues during sub-45NT machining. Achieved high-precision geometric tolerances for large titanium alloy shells (flatness: 0.01mm, parallelism: 0.025mm). Petroleum PCMT Products: Increased product qualification rate and boosted machining efficiency by ~30% through tooling optimization, fixture improvements, standardized SOPs, and case study databases. High-Temperature Alloy Housings: Addressed poor machinability, severe deformation, work hardening, and high cutting temperatures. Increased part qualification rate from 40% to over 80%. Haber Part Shell Pin Rework (101663102-C): Utilized pins as datums with specialized clamping and tool compensation to progressively remove material and meet usage requirements. Explosion-proof Connector Dust Covers (Inst. 15): Solved positioning difficulties caused by irregular side slots through 4-axis linkage and custom fixtures.
