Worked with francesco during my weight loss journey and he helped me get my abs visable for the first time in my life. Now im back to maintain the physique and eat enough calories to add on muscle and start a healthy habbit.

Quick turn around time. Looking forward to the meeting with the nutritionist. Great app and easy reminders for the work. Based on the cost, I would have liked a little more insight into the shift work aspect; however, I believe this will be covered in the meeting and it should be easy to transfer the meals over based on my schedule.
