I have been trained to work in an integrative fashion utilizing techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic, and Jungian Depth therapies. I work with individual clients on a range of issues, including but not limited to: trauma, depression, anxiety & panic disorders, grief/loss counseling, and experiences of the LGBTQIA community. I specialize in therapy for personality disorders such as DID and BPD, among others.
