I'm so amazed..... I was sceptical about the project based on the reviews I had read previously, but I must say Florence is an expert and she does her job so well. Thank you so much for helping me bring my book to life, you went beyond my expectations and delivered a top quality project, both print and...

Florence truly had my mind blown away. She did an excellent job, her formatting was published on amazon without any single flagging for error. The communication during the project was detailed and well structured. I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with Florence.

11 people denied my book prior to him accepting it. I feel as though I was guided to him and if you feel the same way then you should role with it. He was nothing short of respectful and did everything to preserve my voice in the book. A true blessing to book formatting & editing. Deserves even more stars than they allow.

After 3 weeks, the product that I got looks pretty much like what I sent in. I did not see much effort in this. I accept the delivery for this product but I will not use it.

The final delivery is well below expectation - poorly formatted layout, no proofreading and minimal effort despite paying extra of $90 as requested by Florence.
