Soy Alyssa, una Coach de Claridad con 12 años de experiencia en coaching y más de 5,000 horas de trabajo uno a uno. Ayudo a mejorar el funcionamiento ejecutivo, cambiar patrones de mentalidad poco útiles y avanzar con confianza. Me especializo en apoyar a adultos con ADHD y neurodivergentes a través de un coaching informado por trauma, sin juicios, que combina trabajo de mentalidad, herramientas prácticas y responsabilidad solidaria.
Además del coaching, ocupo cargos de liderazgo en el sector salud y me enfoco en estrategias orientadas a soluciones. Mis clientes no solo obtienen insights, sino que también se van con prioridades claras, herramientas y sistemas personalizados y una nueva perspectiva que reemplaza la autocrítica por claridad y confianza en sí mismos.
