Yes. Each package includes one online survey built from your supplied questions and the stated number of eligible completed responses, subject to the agreed audience and survey scope.
Can you help if I only have a research idea?
Yes, we can discuss questionnaire development before ordering. Question writing is separate from formatting supplied questions and requires an agreed scope.
Will I approve the survey before recruitment?
Yes. I will share the form for review and apply the included revisions before you approve it for launch.
Can I choose the participant audience?
Yes, subject to feasibility. Please provide the required country, demographics, eligibility criteria and quotas before ordering. Specialist audiences require a custom quote.
How are completed responses counted?
Eligible completed submissions count toward the agreed sample. Invitations, clicks and incomplete submissions do not. Screening, exclusion criteria and replacement arrangements are agreed upfront.
What will I receive at delivery?
You will receive editable access to the form, the agreed response export where supported, and a brief recruitment summary. Statistical analysis and interpretation are separate services.
Are platform subscriptions and participant incentives included?
Any paid platform features, incentives and recruitment expenses will be identified and agreed before the order begins.
Can I change questions after recruitment starts?
Changes after launch may affect existing responses, recruitment costs and timing. Please discuss them with me before making edits so we can agree on the next steps.
