I am Hatha Yoga certified, plus many other trainings and certifications in the area of yoga, wellness, family yoga, toddlers yoga, teens yoga, mums and bubs yoga, seniors yoga, yoga therapy for children, yoga for sensory awareness, yoga for pregnancy, chair yoga, yoga in schools/for the classroom, mantra (sound) yoga, yoga philosophy, etc. Plus, I love teaching meditation, mindfulness and relaxation based on traditional Hatha Yoga techniques.
