cancelled order. seller failed to deliver on time!

I asked this guy before ordering if he can make a unique navigation menu bar with shiny buttons for me and he answered yes to just order his gig which I did. What he did for me was no where near unique nd the buttons did not shine. I tried contacting him he never again replied in more than 3 weeks.

seller did not do quality work, only gave me 1 option, did not give me what I wanted, and never responded back. Want full refund for poor work and poorer service
