1. Take approximately 10 photographs of the company name board/signage from outside the premises and, if possible, from inside the office. The photos should include both geotagged and non-geotagged versions to provide evidence that the company physically exists at the stated location. 2. Request the company's HR or Admin representative to complete the provided verification form. Ensure that the form is properly signed and stamped with the company seal. 3. If the company refuses to complete the verification process, obtain either a written refusal statement on company letterhead or paper with an official stamp, or collect the details of the person you met, including their name, designation, and official contact information. 4. If the company is found to be temporarily or permanently closed, take 5–6 photographs of the exact address and surrounding area. These should include photos of the building, nearby businesses, street signs, and any other landmarks that help verify the location. 5. Verify that the name on the provided documents matches the name displayed on the company's signboard. If there is any discrepancy, ask the company representative to explain the reason and provide a one-line written explanation on the verification form or submit a Business Registration Certificate (BRC) as supporting evidence. 6. Before leaving the site, review the completed documents to ensure that the start date, end date, and designation are consistent and match the information stated on the employment certificate and verification form. 7. Carefully review the verification form to ensure that all required fields have been completed accurately and no sections have been left blank. 8. Maintain regular communication with the project coordinator throughout the site visit and provide updates whenever clarification, assistance, or verification is required.
