After working in a professional accounting environment, I established Precision Books Co. to provide independent bookkeeping services using QuickBooks. I manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts receivable and payable, payroll reconciliations, loan tracking, and fixed asset management. I categorize transactions, create automation workflows, and manage undeposited funds to ensure clean and accurate records. I perform monthly reconciliations for all financial accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently. I prepare and deliver financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements, and detailed A/R and A/P reports. I also conduct financial review meetings with clients. I specialize in cleanup services, correcting errors and ensuring books are accurate, compliant, and tax-ready.
