If I order more than one Basic gig, will they be ready in 24 hrs?
Basic gigs are due to 24 hrs assuming there's only one order (one video). If you order, say 3 Basic gigs, chances are I might require more than one day depending on their complexity. The times shown are generally for only one gig. The same applies for Standard and Premium.
Does a gig mean that my video will have subtitles in English and Spanish?
No. Only one language. If you want subtitles for the same video in English and Spanish, it would mean two different gigs.
Can you add translated subtitles to a premiere or live YouTube video?
No. The video has to be available completely. When a YouTube video is live or premieres in some time, I can't have access to it.
Can you add subtitles in the same language?
Yes. If the video is in English or Spanish, I can send you a perfectly synchronized subtitle file in: English, or Spanish. But if you want both, it will mean two gigs.
Can I use an SRT subtitle file for Vimeo or other video platform?
Yes, most video platforms that accept subtitles, accept SRT subtitle files. However, before placing an order, please check if that video platform accepts SRT files.
Why doesn't the subtitles appear?
Once you upload the subtitles file, they may appear after 5, 10 seconds or so. Don't forget that you and your viewer have to click the "CC" option to see the available subtitles. You can also leave a note to your viewers to click CC to see the subtitles.
