Worked on an internal web platform used by a university lab department to host educational games. The existing application was built in React but had a very basic, outdated UI and poor user interaction. My role focused on redesigning and rebuilding the front-end experience to make the platform more engaging, interactive, and easier to use, while keeping the existing functionality intact. I worked with React, TypeScript, and Material UI to improve layout, components, and overall usability. I also handled front-end maintenance tasks, including updating dependencies to their latest stable versions and modernizing the build setup by migrating the project from CRACO to Vite for better performance and development workflow.
