I design, build, and orchestrate the business processes and internal systems that support our e-commerce and logistics operation. I work in constant, direct contact with the operations team to understand their real needs, make their day-to-day work faster and more comfortable, and turn those insights into concrete tools and workflows. Key responsibilities: • Architect and document management workflows and business processes, then translate them into internal systems and automations. • Design and build internal tools in Airtable and custom platforms, integrated with third-party APIs (courier, tax, e-commerce, internal services, etc.). • Develop and maintain backend functionality using Laravel (PHP), connecting the website with internal systems and external APIs. • Design and refine front-end flows and operator interfaces around real-world usage, optimizing every process down to the number of clicks per task. • Create highly targeted automations to reduce repetitive work, increase operational speed, and improve consistency and data quality. • Monitor and maintain systems in real time, troubleshooting issues quickly and iterating based on operator feedback. • Act as a problem solver and systems architect: identify bottlenecks (e.g. returns/Outlet flows), propose and visualize solutions, get buy-in from the team, and then build and implement them end to end.
