Do you need to assess sunlight exposure and wind conditions for your project?
Whether you are checking if a neighbor's expansion blocks your light, or analyzing the environmental impact of your own design, I provide accurate 3D simulations based on real weather data.
What this Gig offers:
- Shadow Study: Visualizing sun paths to verify sunlight access and shading impact on surrounding buildings.
- Wind Analysis: Simulating main seasonal wind directions
- Data Accuracy: I use verified weather data from SketchUp PreDesign.
- Note: I focus on providing visual data/assessment, not design optimization services.
What you will receive: Final deliverables can be provided as Video files (MP4) or PDF Reports.

Do you send me the source file?
Includes 3D Source File (delivered after completion).
How long does it take to complete the project?
Usually it takes 3 days, but I can deliver within 24 hours for an extra fee.
What information do I need to provide?
Please provide the location coordinates (approximate is fine, within a 100km radius) and a dimensioned floor plan.
What if I don't have a 3D model of my project?
Please select the Standard or Premium package. Once you send the dimensioned floor plan, I will create the 3D model and perform the analysis.
I already have a 3D model. Can I choose the Basic Package (Analysis only)?
Yes, absolutely! The Basic Package is exactly what you need. It covers the full analysis process.
Will my project remain confidential?
Of course, if that is your request.
What file formats will I receive?
You will receive a video report (MP4) or a PDF (recommended for high accuracy).
Do you offer revisions if I need changes?
Yes, I offer 2-3 revisions to ensure you are satisfied. However, major design changes requiring a new model may incur an extra fee
Is the price the same for large or complex projects?
The listed prices are for standard residential houses. For large-scale projects (apartments, urban planning), please contact me for a custom quote.
What software do you use for the analysis?
I use SketchUp combined with specialized plugins (like Sun Diagram) and Predesign to ensure accurate and scientific results.
