He understood what I meant and I really like the end result. We didn't had to do a lot of revisions, flawless.

was cool to work with but the work was nowhere near up to standard, but fortunately i had appointed a few other contractors with the same brief. may suit some peoples tastes, but not commercially viable quality in my world.
