I develop personalized training and nutrition planning for endurance athletes, with a specific focus on triathletes and hybrid athletes balancing endurance and strength. My work includes weekly training structure, race-focused planning, fueling guidance, recovery organization, and realistic performance planning based on each athlete’s goals, schedule, and constraints. Alongside this, I am building IGNITA, a performance-focused project centered on training, recovery, and athletic structure. My approach is practical, performance-driven, and built around clarity, consistency, and real execution. As an endurance athlete myself, I stay closely connected to the demands of training, racing, and day-to-day performance, and I continuously study new information in training and sports nutrition to improve the quality of the plans I create.
