What is the project timeline?
Each package has its own timeline: Basic - 7 days, Standard - 14 days, and Premium - 21 days. These timelines include the scheduled presentation of initial concepts, revisions, and final delivery. Therefore, receiving timely feedback from the client is crucial to meeting the deadlines.
How quickly should I provide feedback on each delivery?
It is recommended to provide complete feedback within 48 hours. Delays beyond this timeframe may negatively impact the project's timeline and the quality of the final product, as priority will be given to projects that adhere to the agreed-upon deadlines.
What happens if the project deadline arrives and we haven't completed it yet?
I will gladly extend the project deadline by up to two additional days if necessary to refine the final product. However, if the extension is required due to a lack of clear and timely feedback, additional costs will be incurred.
Why should I pay more if the project timeline is extended?
Extending a project's timeline due to unclear or delayed feedback disrupts workflows, impacts the quality of service provided to other clients, and limits my ability to accept new projects.
How much do I need to pay for each additional day of extension?
If the project timeline needs to be extended by more than two days due to a lack of clear and timely feedback, an additional fee of 10% of the project cost will be charged for each extra day.
What is your logo design style?
MY LOGO DESIGN STYLE IS MINIMALISTIC/ABSTRACT. I don't make figurative logos representing the brand's core business (Complex Human, Animal, or Object Shapes) that impede the originality and legibility of the logo. Please check out my portfolio for further reference https://bit.ly/3JHp38j
What type of brands do you work with?
I usually work with Technology, Construction, Architecture, Industrial, Financial, and similar brands. I don't work with Luxury Brands, Fashion, Restaurants, and Medical Services.
What software do you use for design?
I exclusively use the Adobe Suite and do not create editable designs for platforms like Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
