Although I had her as my accountability coach, her expertise lies in her physical therapy knowledge. Since I work sitting in a chair, I had very tight muscles and I wasn’t even aware and she allowed me to recognize it and give me ideas on how to relieve it.

Fatima ran our first session with structure, she came in with a clear process which made our meeting feel purposeful from the start. I left with a clear sense of how we’ll work together and what to expect going forward. If you want an accountability partner who treats the process seriously, she’s a strong choice.

Fatima helped me stay organised when I felt overwhelmed by my workload. She also was very thorough with follow-ups, checking in every hour of our scheduled work sessions and keeping track of my tasks. She was professional, supportive, and understanding. Great service!

Fam is really good! she asks you questions to see your needs, makes the plan with you, see the methods that could work for your specific needs, etc... excited to continue working with her :)
