I work as an independent Shopify Automation and AI Integration Specialist, helping store owners replace manual, repetitive tasks with reliable automated workflows built in n8n, Zapier, and Make. For a German fashion retailer running three Shopify stores across different regions, I built a full n8n workflow connecting Shopify, their 3PL warehouse, and Klaviyo, so new orders automatically triggered fulfillment requests, updated inventory across all three stores in real time, and sent branded email confirmations without any manual touch. For a beauty brand struggling with abandoned cart recovery, I built an automation connecting Shopify checkout events to Klaviyo and WhatsApp, triggering a three step recovery sequence with personalized product recommendations pulled live from their catalog via the Shopify API. Recovered revenue from abandoned carts increased noticeably within the first month of launch. I also build AI chatbots and AI agents on top of Shopify stores, using tools like n8n combined with OpenAI and Claude APIs, to handle common customer questions, order status lookups, and return requests automatically, escalating to a human only when genuinely needed. Beyond automation builds, I handle Shopify API and webhook integrations, Stripe and payment automation, Google Sheets reporting automations, and ongoing workflow maintenance so clients are never stuck when something in their stack changes.

I worked as an Automation Engineer at a Berlin based e commerce agency, building custom workflow automations for the agency's Shopify and Shopify Plus clients across fashion, beauty, and home goods.
