In most cases, it is recommended to have separate videos for iOS and Android. While there may be instances where your app is identical on both platforms, and a single video suffices, it is generally best to create separate videos using platform-specific footage to cater to the unique characteristics
Can I make my video longer than 30 seconds?
This is the maximum time limit for iOS app preview videos. If you would like a video longer than this get in touch for a custom quote.
What resolution will the videos be?
To ensure high-quality visuals and compatibility with various devices and app stores, the videos can be created at the following resolutions: - For all Android devices: 1080 x 1920 pixels. - iPhone 5.5": 1080 x 1920 pixels. - iPhone 6.5": X, XR, and XS: 886 x 1920 pixels. - iPad: 1200 x 1600 pixels.
How do I record footage so I can have you produce my video?
It's easy. You need to own any iDevice and be on iOS 11 or above. Go to Settings > Control Center > Customize Controls, find the "screen recording" shortcut, and press the green icon next to it. Now every time you pull up your control center, there's a button to record your screen.
Will the Preview Video follow the guidelines in the Apple App Store Guide?
