-Manage and analyze sales performance data (Volume, Trading Outlet, Brand Performance, AR) for 4 depots (Semarang, Pati, Purwokerto, Tegal). -Prepare data analysis related to ongoing programs (Scan, Loyalty Program, Additional Coin). Prepare reports for Weekly (WILO), Monthly (MILO), Quarterly Business Review (QBR), and Business Plan. -Provide analytical support for DSM, RSM, and ICAM. -Support monitoring of sales and area distribution target achievement. -Perform operational coordination and control functions equivalent to a Sales Supervisor in monitoring the sales force and area target achievement. -Serve as PIC/acting supervisor replacement when a position becomes vacant due to resignation, including handling reporting, team monitoring, and cross-depot coordination. Achievement -Developed analytical building blocks with segmentation by depot, salesperson, outlet, and SKU to improve performance visibility and accelerate the process of identifying gaps against targets. -Supported management decision-making through sales performance analysis and regular area KPI monitoring. -Served as acting supervisor of the Tegal Depot area for approximately two months during a vacancy, successfully ensuring the sales team's operations continued to run effectively and maintaining stable performance and achievement of area KPIs.
