For 20 years, I have been supporting people through breathwork, mentoring and coaching. Specialising in Rebirthing, I combine the power of breath with other tools to facilitate genuine and lasting change. I help those who feel stuck, even when they know what they want, as it is often the nervous system that holds these blocks. It is not just relaxation but a cathartic experience that releases emotional tension, restores energy and clarity, and reconnects you with yourself. Every journey is personalised, practical and experiential. I offer individual sessions for those who truly wish to evolve.

Over the course of more than 20 years in practice, I have helped people overcome panic attacks, migraines and difficulties conceiving. I have also helped hundreds of people overcome their limitations and mental blocks in their professional, family and social lives. I have supported people in finding harmony within their relationships, as well as in letting go of mental blocks related to finding a partner. I have helped people realise their dreams regarding their home, achieve a better flow of money and gain clarity on what they wish to do with their lives. I support these individuals using Rebirthing-Breathwork as the primary tool to dissolve the blocks identified during our sessions, as well as those repressed blocks of which we have no memory, in order to restore balance to our nervous system.
