I asked expertvetted to create for me the PDF cover of a book using InDesign. He did the technical part not the creation of the cover (I provided a draft made with Powerpoint and he created the PDF with the right resolution and right size). The instructions provided by the editor were in Italian (www.lampidistampa.it)...
