I will Install and configure Interspire or Mumara and PowerMTA also Install/Configure Port25 BounceHandler for Interspire only, which will process bounce addresses direct from PMTA bounce log files which are 100% accurate.
You need to provide VPS/Dedicated server ( CentOS 6 or 7 - 64 bit installed) with additional IPs (IPv4) and a domain. Select the configuration package according to the number of IPs in your server.

What about inbox rate?
In bulk emailing you need to consider many things to inbox. If you have new IPs (not warm up) they may not hit in inbox. Also, the mail subject, content and attachments or even the HTML may be the issue. There are many things you need to proceed to archive good open and clict-hrough rates.
This setup good for business data or consumer data ?
We can see good open rate for business leads compared to consumer list due to high spam filter.
Do we need Additional IPs ?
Additional IP addresses depend on your requirement because it will cost you high. The Additional IPs will help you to keep away from being blacklisted easily. More IPs will save you more and create a good reputation to deliver your emails.

What type of server/vps is required for PowerMTA?
We must need Linux Dedicated Server (DS) or Virtual Private Server (VPS) with a minimum of 1GB or 2GB RAM . More RAM and HDD will benefit in terms of performance.
Can Buy cheap Domain ?
We recommend to buy .com / .info / .us / .co / .net , avoid cheap domain..
