When will I need to purchase broadcast rights?
If the voiceover is used in a paid advertisement online or on broadcast mediums, you will need to purchase broadcast rights for the relevant duration of the clip
The voiceover will be used in a clip for my client but not in a paid advertisement. Do I need broadcast rights?
No! Broadcast rights are only needed if the clip is used for paid advertisements. However, the commercial use of the clip (ie, not personal use) will require a purchase of commercial rights. Please get in touch for a quote based on the details of the order.
My client intends to use the clip for educational purposes. Are there any broadcast/commercial fees required?
In most instances, commercial fees are required if the educational material is for-profit in nature. Please get in touch with details on the usage of the voiceover for a waiver request.
Can I use your voice to train an AI model?
My voice has not been used to train any text-to-speech generators and rights to such a usage are reserved. For other applications for AI model training, please get in touch.
