As Studio Manager at Cardone Ventures, I oversee all studio-based and live productions for a high-growth organization in the business education and entrepreneurship space. In my first 4.5 months, I personally directed and operated 130+ productions, including 15+ live webinars, 10+ major live events, and multiple ongoing series for 10X Health, Brandon Dawson, Natalie Dawson, Ken Goodrich, and Jeremy Gabbert. I handle end-to-end production — from pre-production planning and studio set design/builds to live technical direction (Zoom/Riverside multi-camera switching) and post-shoot delivery. Key projects include designing and building the Keep It Brief show set and independently constructing Natalie Dawson’s off-site podcast set in Los Angeles. I also created studio SOPs, implemented a same-day post-shoot recap system, and manage all equipment inventory through Cheqroom.
