The designer created the drawing for me, but sent it in PDF format, when what I actually needed was an editable hatch/pattern file to use it properly. I explained this to him, but he has not solved the issue or sent me the correct file. For that reason, I am not satisfied with the service.

I only come to Erica for CAD works like this. She does a great job. Take your time to make bullet points to point out what all you need in a work and this would help in getting less revisions and for her to do the work completely to your satisfaction
