I’m Erika, a Short-Term Rental Revenue Manager helping Airbnb hosts, co-hosts and property managers get the most out of their listings. I combine numbers and strategy: dynamic pricing with PriceLabs, PMS setup with KrossBooking and listing optimization to improve visibility and conversion.
I’ve worked with 400+ portfolios, from single apartments to hundreds of city and coastal rentals, aiming to increase revenue sustainably and make daily operations easier and more organized.
