• After joining the company, I quickly became a member of the board, influencing our vision, mission, direction, and management. • I was responsible for determining workforce needs, setting criteria, creating job postings, reviewing candidates, conducting interviews, and hiring decisions. • I was involved in determining work priorities, identifying risks, ensuring coordination among team members, scheduling game-related tasks, observing gaps in workflow and routine, devising solutions to emerging issues, and implementing those solutions. I worked to maximize team productivity and achieve global quality standards. • I was responsible for publisher research, Pitch Deck preparation, applications, and email correspondence. • I took on roles in market research, establishing criteria for marketable products, and creating marketing plans. Additionally, I produced posts for marketing purposes and edited some videos. • I worked on community management. I contributed to setting up our Discord server and Steam Discussion Hub, communicating with the game's community, gathering feedback, and resolving technical issues. • For the music of Swarm Grinder, I conducted research and composed tracks. Once we collectively decided on our needs, the game's final music was produced by a more experienced musician. I handled all necessary communications and directions with the musician. I also managed communications with SFX freelancers. • I designed a few sound effects for Swarm Grinder and edited some. • When needed, I coded systems and gameplay elements in Unity. • I continuously provided feedback to the art team, and in some instances, I also crafted pixel art for the game. While no artwork in the game is directly credited to me, several pieces were produced or refined based on my contributions and guidance. • Besides contributing to the general game design of Swarm Grinder, I also worked on UX design.
