I am extremely disappointed with Fiverr. I filed a complaint BEFORE the 3-day deadline because the seller failed to deliver the work agreed upon. Yet Fiverr still released my payment. This is unacceptable. Where is the customer protection? I expect Fiverr to correct this and refund my money.
