I am currently serving as an Information Security Engineer at Capital Market since March 2017, where I play a key role in strengthening and maintaining the organization’s cybersecurity posture within a critical financial environment. My responsibilities include continuous security monitoring and analysis using SIEM and EDR platforms such as IBM QRadar, Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike, and Trend Micro. I actively perform threat detection, threat hunting, and incident response, leveraging threat intelligence platforms (e.g., MISP, VirusTotal) to identify and mitigate emerging threats. I am also involved in Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) using tools like Nessus, OpenVAS, Nmap, and Burp Suite, along with patch management processes to ensure timely remediation of vulnerabilities. My role extends to Privileged Access Management (PAM) and identity security, ensuring controlled and secure access to critical systems. Additionally, I contribute to Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) initiatives, including risk assessments, policy development, compliance alignment (ISO 27001, NIST), and audit support. I work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls, monitor logs, and ensure the protection of sensitive financial data and infrastructure.
