AutoCAD files may be delivered upon request.
Will you consider extra charges if minor update is requested?
No extra charges will be required for minor mortification based on the order level placed on.
Can I have any special requirement other than what your gig offers?
YES, you surely can. Please message me to discuss any project or details you may have and I will create a customized deal based on your requirements and need.
Does the package you provide have seal and ready for construction and permitting?
I will tailor your plans and elevations & help you create your dream house! I develop the design until you are totally satisfied with it. However, eventually, you will need to hire a local-licensed PE to provide approved blueprints for construction based on the design drawings you will be having.
