Basic: one small layout or configuration issue.
Standard: one checkout, plugin or PHP issue.
Premium: up to three related issues, with a documented handover.
Malware cleanup, new features, paid licenses and full rebuilds require a separate scope. Third-party payment approval is outside my control.

FAQ
Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Send the website URL, exact error, recent changes and any screenshots. I will confirm whether the issue fits the package before work starts.
What access do you need?
Depending on the issue, a temporary WordPress admin account and hosting/SFTP access may be needed. Share access through the order requirements and revoke temporary access after delivery.
Will you back up my website?
We agree on a backup and rollback plan before changes. If a hosting snapshot or backup is needed, you must provide the necessary access and storage. Staging is preferred when available.
Does the Basic package cover any WordPress problem?
Basic covers one small layout or configuration problem. Checkout errors, plugin conflicts, custom features and complex incidents require the appropriate package or a custom offer.
Are premium plugins and payment approvals included?
No. You provide legitimate licenses for paid themes or plugins. I can troubleshoot integration issues, but payment-provider approvals and third-party outages are outside the scope.
What counts as a revision?
A revision adjusts the agreed fix. New features or unrelated errors are a new scope. I provide 3 days of clarification and support for the delivered fix.
