I use an Ontological approach to life coaching. This means that we look at your "way of being" in approaching whatever situation you are dealing with. It is important to understand your "way of being" in the present in order to make changes that allow for different results moving forward.

No. My approach to life coaching is that you are whole, complete, and resourceful. We look at the actions and choices you make in the present and what may need to change in order to create the future you want. Therapy often looks back in time and attempts to make sense of it.

I will walk with you in exploration as you discover what you need for your situation at hand. I will ask you powerful questions that will aid you in this discovery. In a supportive manner, I will challenge your own bullshit that may be getting in your way.

Trust is built between us over time. To begin, I'm a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and subscribe to this organizations Code of Ethics. I also will create a safe and sacred space to explore whatever is on your plate. You can at any time choose to end any conversation.

I unofficially coached hundreds of men over a 10 year period. I was good at it from the feedback I got. I made my training official in 2014. I left my career as a pharmacist, moved to Ecuador, and am now building my Men's Life Coaching business full time. As my schedule fills, my fee will increase.
