When will you deliver my order?
I will deliver your order within 3 days of purchase. Orders will usually take the full 3 days. Scripts over 1000 words may take longer than 3 days. Extra fast delivery is available.

A Commercial Rights buy-out is required for anyone wishing to promote their product or service via non paid marketing channels.
Please explain Full Broadcast Rights.
A Full Broadcast Rights buy-out is required for anyone wishing to advertise their product or service via paid broadcasting channels, like Radio, TV and Internet.
Do you offer revisions?
If a mistake has been made on the buyers part with the script or it needs amending for whatever reason, I would be happy to offer a revision for a small charge. Please note that a revision covers the re-recording of around 30-50 words, not the entire script.
What time zone are you in and where are you located?
I am in Manchester, UK (GMT).
Can I call you and direct as you record my voice over?
I don't currently offer this service.
