FAQ
What platforms can you test?
I test websites, web apps, and mobile apps (iOS & Android) across real devices and major browsers — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
Are your 12 testers real people or bots?
100% real testers using real devices. No bots, no fake installs — every tester gives genuine, unbiased feedback.
Can this help me meet Google Play's "More testing required" rule?
Yes. My 12-tester (or 20-tester) closed testing service is set up specifically to help your app pass Google Play Console's closed testing requirements.
What do I receive at the end of testing?
A clear summary report listing every bug/issue found, with steps to reproduce. Standard and Premium packages also include annotated screenshots and screen recordings for extra clarity.
How long does testing take?
Basic: 3 days | Standard: 5 days | Premium: 7 days. Rush delivery may be available — message me before ordering.
Do you test on both desktop and mobile?
Basic covers desktop only. Standard and Premium include full desktop + mobile testing.
