Do you need access to my Marketing Cloud account?
Not always. For a Basic fix I can often work from your code and screenshots. If access is needed, please create a scoped user with the minimum role and remove it after delivery.
Will you touch my live sends?
No. I test in a test Data Extension or with a test send first, and you approve before anything goes live.
What if the fix is bigger than the Basic package?
I tell you before starting and send a custom offer. No surprise charges.
Do you work on Marketing Cloud Next or Pardot?
No. This gig covers Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement only.
