 Recruitment and select suitable candidates for the particular positions.  Develop the HR Policies in consultation with all departments’ heads & monitor the implementation for reporting to relevant functions.  Preparation of Orgenogrames, Hierarchy etc.  Ensure the maintenance of personal records of all the employees to generate reports for any reference whenever needed.  Develop, review, and communicate competitive compensation and benefit plans.  Finalize the JD’s of all employees with the coordination of department head/CEO/Director.  Preparation of HR & Admin Budget.  Monitor assignment endings and availability of existing staff for upcoming projects.  Coordination with government departments Sui Gas, WAPDA, Labor Department, Police, Social Security and EOBI etc.  Check & implement observance of labor standards implementation i.e. social & labor laws.  Ensure the Health and safety of all employees.  Training & Development programs.  Negotiate & finalize the terms and conditions for Security, Landscaping & other administration related contracts & get them approved from Chairman/CEO.  Monitor the activities of all contractors (courier, traveling agents etc) to check compliance with contract terms & conditions and report it to relevant functions.  Handling matters related to group life insurance, vehicle insurance Provident fund etc  Communicate all the staff rules and regulation, office orders, holiday notices & policy decisions to all offices of the company.  Approve the security resource deployment schedule & ensure the positions of guards in the relevant areas and checking of security reports on daily basis.  Administration matters (correspondence, maintenance of all company assets, traveling, hotel reservation etc.)  Plan, organize & control the functions and activities related to human resources & administrative services  Ensure the execution of civil works activities/projects as per schedule.  Checking of gate passes daily/monthly.
