Maiskaa is an online real estate portal for finding properties for our buyers. I joined the team and am building Maiskaa into a scalable enterprise product. * Followed the UCD design process to build Maiskaa. From Research to UAT did it all and am still iterating on it. * Managing the entire project and team, keeping everything on track. * We have launched our product and are in the beta testing phase, onboarding Sellers and organizations. * We have successfully onboarded 15 vendors, and 50+ more are in line to onboard. * We already have 200+ properties published, from Luxury to affordable, to serve all our users' needs. Taking one step at a time and growing. We are aiming to make Maiskaa the top real estate platform in North Cyprus and the EU.
