I am the founder of Els Homemade Cakes, a home-based baking business with approximately 15 years of experience creating cakes, cupcakes and baked treats for both corporate clients and the general public. My experience includes corporate orders, branded products, events, markets and food halls. Alongside baking and decorating, I create visual content to showcase my products, promote my business and engage customers through social media. This includes product styling, food presentation, photography and short-form video content. Working with different audiences has developed my eye for detail, understanding of visual presentation and ability to adapt product styling to suit different settings and customers.
