Feminine energy is the energy of intuition, creativity, creation and "being" rather than "doing". When we disconnect from it, because of trauma or life struggles that disconnect us from our body and our heart, we suffer, and our inner balance is compromised.

As a certified life coach with a B.A. in Psychology, I will help you shift back into your feminine energy to also attract your dream life. My approach blends somatic work and spiritual concrete principles to help you tune more into your body/heart and intuition, strengthen self-love, and regain more confidence.

Also, I have been on a journey of spiritual awakening myself over the last 2 years, and my personal healing journey for the last 13 years, which allows me to embody the teachings that I now share with you. :)
