Key responsibilities: Connect custom domains to Shopify by configuring the A record and CNAME (www) for root and www versions. Troubleshoot and resolve "pending" domain statuses, DNS errors, and SSL/HTTPS issues. Set up www and non-www redirects so stores open correctly from either address. Keep existing email (MX) records intact during setup to prevent lost emails. Test each domain for DNS propagation and live-site performance on desktop and mobile.
