Diseñaré un diseño de PCB multicapa avanzado y complejo para usted utilizando KiCad.
Soy un ingeniero electrónico profesional con experiencia en diseño de circuitos, simulación, desarrollo de firmware y sistemas integrados. He construido con éxito varias placas de circuito impreso exclusivas, desde placas simples de una sola cara con solo unos pocos componentes hasta placas de RF de 8 capas con más de 400 componentes.
- Selección de componentes: Elegiré componentes que sean sustentables, evitaré problemas de stock y sugeriré alternativas si es necesario, teniendo en cuenta las limitaciones de la cadena de suministro.
- Diseño de PCB: Diseñaré el PCB respetando las normas y estándares de RF y en función de los requisitos de su fabricante preferido para minimizar los costos y maximizar la eficiencia. Tendré en cuenta los factores de ingeniería y me aseguraré de cumplir con las normas IPC, IEC y CEN.
- Asistencia de fabricación: Le ayudaré a fabricar la placa que necesite.
- Archivos entregables: Proporcionaré los archivos necesarios como,
- Archivos fuente
- Archivos GERBER
- Lista de materiales
- Archivo de ubicación PNP/XY
- Imágenes 3D renderizadas del circuito
- Diseño de PCB (PDF)
- Archivo 3D STEP y WRL
- Resultado de la prueba DFM y DRC
