I will configure fail2ban intrusion detection system linux

I will configure Fail2ban which scans log files (e.g. /var/log/httpd/access_log or /var/log/asterisk/messages) and bans IPs that show the malicious attempts -- too many password failures, seeking for exploits, etc.

Generally Fail2Ban is then used to update firewall rules to reject the IP addresses for a specified amount of time which you will consider right for your case.

I will configure different services protection - Jails like ssh,ddos, asterisk, web access, MySQL etc

I will configure Fail2Ban to protect your system and ban specified IPs or network or even countries from which you don't want to have access.

We will configure Fail2Ban to have access via web application on every log file and see the reports from Fail2Ban Main Log File which will show you the Banned IPs on Realtime, date and time of the attack, IP address of the attack, service on which they tried to attack you and the country/address from which the attack was coming
