I'm a Roblox GFX designer, I make YouTube Roblox thumbnails, PNG images, and anything in between, I can make you any anime character you like by making it look like your original Roblox character and add their clothes on your character if you want. I've done a few GFX on Roblox I'm fairly new to GFX designing but I can do what you want, I'm not quite a veteran yet but i promise you, that you will be happy with what you ordered.

No not yet.

No as of now i don't work with creating animated scenes.
Do you create multiple characters in one scene?
Yes i can create multiple characters for one scene but only for Standard package and Premium only!
Do you export character scenes in PNG/SVG/JPG or WebP?
Yes i do offer PNG, SVG, JGP and WebP but for Svg/WebP are for standard and premium packages
