Very polite while talking, they understand it well enough to know what direction I am pointing to for my order's specifics. My only issue is the time gap between our messages, but that's just me living in another country far away. I would recommend them if anyone wants to request UGCs from them.

I’m very happy with my new Viking helmet. The level of detail she put into the helmet is outstanding, and the final result exceeded my expectations.
