We have 10 + years of Customer Services /Call Center experience working for TOP US and UK renowned brands and providing services to companies in the business of Property Management, Logistics, Ground Transportation, Medical Billing, Restaurants, E-commerce Stores, Cyber Security, Pest Control, Real Estate, Auto Repair, DMV Express, Moving company, Funnel CRM, Payment Merchant, Therapist and many more and as of today, we have a workforce of 60 + agents working different shifts 24/7.
We are a registered Private Call center based in Lahore, Pakistan under the PSEB License # CO5/PSEB/2018/2771 and currently, we are providing Call center services to 20 + US, UK, and Canadian companies

What is dedicated Agent?
Dedicated agent > In this model, we assign an agent who works only for you to handle your business workflow. It costs $800/monthly for 4 weeks ( 8 hours daily × 5 days weekly, i.e. $5/hourly)
What is Shared Agent?
Shared agent > This model normally works for those businesses that have less work volume, so one agent handles 2 to 3 businesses in parallel. It costs $450/month for 4 weeks (8 hours daily × 5 days weekly depending on the staff occupancy)

Yes, We have the infrastructure to setup 24/7 Call Center services for your business

High-speed Desktops and Laptops - Core i5 to i10 based on business needs, CCTV Controlled Environment, Security Servers to protect Customer's Data and Information, Air Conditioned Work Space, Concurrent Seating Capacity of 50 logins in each shift of 8hrs
What type of Internet connections do you have ?
High-Speed dedicated Wireless and Fiber Static IP Internet Connections to provide uninterrupted Services. We have 2 Corporate Static Connections with Whitelisted IPs upto 15 Mb Each and 2 Dynamic Internet Connections upto 100mb Each as a backup Internet
Do you have Electricity Backup?
Yes, We do have Backup Energy - 10 KW Solar Systems and up to 8 hrs UPS Backup Electricity and Power Generator upto 6.5KW for Electricity Backup
