Don’t worry, a hand sketch with measurement will work for me to start the project.

I'll do it as fast as possible, considering my current job and personal matters.
4. I have 3d models available. Can you use it in 3dsMax?
Yes, 3dsMax allows you to import most 3D models without problems.
5. Can I negotiate your estimated price?
The prices I offer are those that I consider the most honest possible but yes, you can always negotiate if you think they are not within your budget and I will try to accommodate you.
6. What makes you different than other seller?
