Do you offer video calls?
I work through text-based messaging only. Scope, decisions and delivery details are documented, and every delivery includes operating and handover notes.
What can you automate?
Examples include reporting, data processing, content workflows and connections between existing tools. I use n8n, Python, APIs or MCP as appropriate. Send your process first so I can check feasibility and scope.
How long will my project take?
The listed delivery times are 7 days for Basic, 14 days for Standard and 21 days for Premium. We confirm scope and required access before ordering. Any different scope or timeline must be agreed in writing.
What will I receive at handover?
The agreed workflow exports and custom code, test notes, known limitations, and setup, operating and troubleshooting instructions. Third-party software and credentials are not transferred as source code.
Are API fees and maintenance included?
Third-party subscriptions, hosting and API usage fees are separate. Maintenance is included only when its scope, period and limits are agreed in writing; it is not an unlimited support commitment.
How do you test the automation?
We agree on sample inputs, expected outputs and failure cases. I check the implemented paths and provide test notes and known limitations. Testing covers the agreed scope and does not guarantee uninterrupted third-party service availability.
