EDRAX is an AI employee for e-commerce businesses that I designed and built end to end, on my own. - Connects to the online store (PrestaShop / WooCommerce APIs), the ERP, couriers and ad platforms, and works on live data: orders, stock, invoices, returns. - Answers store customers in a chat bubble on the website, with real prices, stock and product cards, and hands the conversation to a person when needed. - Command center: a morning brief written by the AI, orders, products and profit, ERP diagnostics, returns, deliveries, monthly P&L and an ads dashboard (Google, Meta, TikTok, GA4). - Automates daily work: low-stock alerts and reorder suggestions, product descriptions and SEO, price updates, support replies and reports. - Every change to the live store is shown for approval first, then applied in one click. - Runs local AI models on the company's own server, so business data never leaves the company. - Also writes software on request: web apps, dashboards and games, built and tested automatically. Stack: Python, Flask, REST APIs, JavaScript, local LLMs (llama.cpp), Linux servers, Cloudflare.
